DuebaCon is using SAL which is like registered postage, it will take 2-3 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment.

They rejected my request for a refund as according to them, this is the normal waiting time.
- Please take note that they are not using EMS for shipping, they are using SAL, so shipment will take 2 to 3 weeks.(:
- SAL is like registered postage which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive from Korea.
- We have 2600 pieces of contact lenses to pack so please allow at least 2 days for us to pack the lenses for distribution.
- Mass meet-up information will be updated here when the lenses arrive.
- As for customers who opted for normal or registered postage, we will request for your mailing address when the lenses are here.(:

Q: Are your lenses authentic?why are they so cheap?Are they fake China lenses?
Answer: Yes they are authentic.I am directly getting the contact lenses from Dueba & they have certificates to prove that they are certified.To further assure customers,once the contact lenses are shipped out,i will provide the tracking code.If i fail to do so,you can demand for a full refund.This will prove that they are from Dueba & NOT China.Its cheap because its cost price is cheap as well & i am purchasing in a big bulk.

Q: How long does a pair of Dueba lenses last once removed from the air sealed bottles?
Answer: Dueba lenses lasts for a year,but on your part,you must take care of them.

Q: How long will the contact lenses take to arrive?
Answer: After i have reached my capping & i have submitted orders&made payment to Dueba,the lenses will arrive in less than 3 weeks.Mass emails will be sent to update customers every now & then.

Q:I need the lenses urgently,is there any way to get them earlier?
Answer: I'm afraid you cant get them earlier.I constantly remind customers to only join this pre-order if they are willing to wait.However,i might keep instocks after the first batch so do mail me to check if i have what you want.

Q: Why didnt you ask for my mailing address when i opted for postage for the contact lenses?
Answer: Do keep in mind,when a customer opts for postage,they are expected to provide the mailing address for the contact lenses.I will also send an email to those who have not provided me with their mailing address.So either way i will still get your mailing address to deliver the contact lenses.

Q:Do you do meet-ups anywhere else apart from Toa-Payoh?
Answer: No i dont.I usually head to the town area a lot but other than that it depends if i am heading there so do check with me.

Q:Will you run away with my money? o_O

Q: How will i know the contact lenses has arrived?

Q: I am buying more than 20 pairs,is there any discount?

FAQ FOR NEWBIES!THOSE WHO ARE NEW, PLEASE READ THIS!
Q: Can you submit single orders?why must we wait for you to reach a certain amount of orders first?
Answer: Dueba does not allow single orders or any orders of small quantity, as compared to Geo lenses, Dueba is the hardest to cap, this is because to order from DuebaCon we MUST order 1000 pairs of contact lenses, thus we urge customers to submit orders & not wait, the capping status will never raise if you choose to wait for it to be over first.

Q: Why do you cap at 100 pairs instead of Dueba's Minimum Order Quantity of 1000 pairs?
Answer: This is because i am combining my orders with many blogshops, each blogshop that i am combining with has to also cap at 100 pairs, this is to achieve 1000 orders when we combine.However, just because i have reached more than 100 orders, doesnt mean i can submit orders just yet as i have to wait for the rest of my partners to reach 100 orders.As i said, i can only submit upon reaching 1000 orders!The amount of blogshops i combine with amounts to more than 20 but the time taken for them to reach 100 orders each depends on their own individual effort.If you are a blogshop owner & wish to combine/take supplies from me for BATCH#1, please email me at duebalenses@gmail.com

Q: Why do you take ages to reply to my email/s???
Answer: The 2 of us are students, this is a side business(not our job), please be patient when it comes to our replies.Most of your emails actually consists of questions that has been answered in this section & we would really appreciate if you take the time to read it.We will definitely reply to your emails within 48 hours, unless otherwise mentioned in the site.Moreover, the reason why we switched our email from Windows Live Hotmail to Gmail is because Hotmail is having many problems, customers couldnt receive our emails & we were also unable to receive emails from customers.Customers who use Hotmail might be experiencing this problem too, please take that into consideration.If you have tried many times, please post your enquiry itself in the tagboard instead of asking us to mail you since you cant even receive our email.

Q: Will you do refunds if i feel that i have waited for far too long?
Answer: We have already mentioned beforehand that we must reach 1000 orders before submission of orders to DuebaCon, so its up to you if you want to submit your orders.By submitting your orders, we will take it as you have read our FAQ section, blogpost & Terms&Condtions.Thus, there will be no refunds, however, you can change your orders.
